Just finished designing this spiral fidget ball 🔵 It’s print-in-place and has a smooth twisting motion that kind of feels like playing with slime. Still tweaking the tolerances to get it spinning perfect, but it’s already pretty satisfying. Would you rather have this with the top fin or a smoother version without it? This one looks impossible. The ball looks like it shouldn't fit, but somehow it still moves through the center. No assembly, no tricks — just geometry. Printed it to see if the illusion actually works… and it does.

I wanted to test how far I could push layer stacking, so I made this 100-layer fidget. It feels insanely satisfying to flex and lightly pull — the layers glide just enough to feel interactive but still hold shape. It will come apart if you yank it, so it’s more of a precision fidget than a heavy stress toy. Would you want a reinforced version next? 👀
