Printed well, solved and important problem!

The design and print quality are excellent. The only adjustment I made was resizing the bolts to 98% of their original size because they were too tight. After a quick reprint of the resized bolts, the model assembled very well. The issue was likely the PETG filament, which is quite shiny and tacky. I was replacing one of those $40 AC 4” blowers, and this model was perfect for the job. I used an Arctic S12038-8K fan, which ultimately produced about 15% more CFM, was more compact, and was quieter by a significant margin. The total cost was $25, including the fan, filament, and 12V power adapter. I have been searching for a model like this for a while and stumbled upon it randomly. If the title had included “120mm,” “blower,” or “duct” instead of “ductable,” I might have found it sooner. Thanks again, this model is truly great.

I have an H2S so I had to separate the TPU part, but printed very well and makes my venting system so much cleaner.

Printed twice, scaled second one way up and both came out great.
