Printed well in PLA. I like these better than other options because the "springs" in the center allow me to use small spools of various internal diamters.

Worked perfectly first time with PLA. I also create a pair for my Sakata 3D filament spools by scaling the X, Y and Z dimensions to 99%.

Great job by @rehhee ! This is a well-designed mount. I used Elegoo PLA Matte (Navy) for the body and Sakata PLA-HS (Green) for the tabs. These are the closest colors I could find that approximate "Festool Yellow Green" (RAL 6018) and "Festool Black Blue" (RAL 5004) without paying a lot to order custom color filament. I reprinted the locking tabs at 5.90 mm thick using Z-axis scaling within Bambu Studio so they would not stick as much. I have tried to contact the maker, @rehhee , to see if he could make the source Fusion, etc., files available so I could remix this for the Festool FSK 250 Cross Cutting Guide Rail, but have not heard back, yet.

Thanks! I printed it in ABS with a P1S and had a little shrinkage and a tight fit, but not enough to reprint. If I did it over again with ABS I would scale it up 1%.
