Very easy to print for a newbie. Used PLA as that's what we had. Not sure if filament change caused issue but did have a bit of roughness? stringiness? under the hole where it can hang on something. Pla has been dried. Still possible user error. Great print otherwise and look forward to using it! Thank You!!

We are newbies, this was our about 4th print. We used PLA basic in orange. We attempted the print twice with a great deal of stringiness on the plate side. We tried drying the PLA, despite humidity being lower and it being brand new out the package and attempted the print again. Same issue. Wekve since printed aprox 18 other items in 4 different and/or multicolored with zero issues. So we aren't sure why we can't get this print to work cleanly. Open to any ideas, may be our error? We want to love this item lol and now with 3 items we are making use of them but still would prefer a clean print.
