The anti-siphon valve assembly on my Woodruff model 17 outdoor faucet was clogged and stuck with no easy way to wrench it off because the body has no flats. I made this quick adapter, printed with standard settings in 15 minutes, and I was able to twist the valve off easily. After cleaning the valve parts I reassembled the faucet using the wrench adapter to get a good seal on the installed part.
