The mechanism is a simpler version of my <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/13129" rel="nofollow noopener">Mechanically Locking Container</a>, but with a Christmas spin (pun intended) that was inspired by <a target="_blank" href="https://thangs.com/designer/frikarte3D" rel="nofollow noopener">frikarte3D</a>. Print all pieces in the orientation that they come. Be sure to print 2 mid and outer linkage pieces. If you have issues with mid linkages breaking, PETG may be a better option.&nbsp;Lid Assembly InstructionsWith the lid upside down, insert the inner and outer linkages. The orientation of the outer linkages matter. One face is flat, while the opposite has a slight taper. The flat side should be against the lid. The tapered side should face the container.<figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/230668/2023-11-27_zry1fclk9ecl.png"></figure>With the inner linkage in a horizontal orientation and the outer linkages sticking out about 5mm past the outer edge of the lid, the mid linkages should snap into each piece. Some force is required. Be sure that you press them straight down - if they are tilted during pressing, they may snap.<figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/230668/2023-11-27_87qjfx0q6vu7.png"></figure>The snowflake knob will need to be glued in place on top of the inner linkage. Place the knob onto the inner linkage and ensure that the linkage moves smoothly. Once happy with everything, use a small amount of glue to permanently connect the knob and inner linkage. Attention! There seem to be several versions of the AMS where the slots differ from this version. Please check before printing if the version fits. I try to get the dimensions of the other version and will then upload the bracket in the adapted version!I added a design drawing with measurements please check it! Here is the Variation for the 3 slotted AMS Version.&nbsp;Nothing special - just a quick Design to mount the AMS on the wall.Works fine for me. Update: I added a 2nd version that now includes a space on the back for an LED light strip. For this version you will want to print plate 6 - “LED Strip Vault Core” instead of plates 1 or 2. The lights definitely add a cool aesthetic to the print for sure! Thanks to the several folks that had the idea and asked for this version. Turned out pretty well! I got hooked on the new Fallout show and now I&#39;ve been working my way through Fallout 4 for the first time.  Created this string art focused around the Fallout Vault designed and the famous Vault Boy.  There&#39;s a couple different versions of this. If you have more than 1 AMS system than you can print everything but the sign in one single print. Then you&#39;ll just need to print the sign and the screws and you are done. IF you are like me and only have a single AMS print the “Vault Core” plate and then print Vault Boy. Since Vault Boy technically needs 6 colors I made his shoes the same color as his skin as well as his teeth. I paint his teeth white after printing and I think it still looks awesome. I&#39;ve attached all the STL&#39;s as well in case you want to attempt to print things separately and then put them together. I attempted this method works and while the larger items snap in just fine the smaller ones take a bit of effort so I went with the simple solution and printed him in one piece.  Vault Boy will snap into the Vault Core print. Make sure you line up the plugs with the holes and it should pop in. The fit is tight on purpose as I didn&#39;t want to have to mess with glue. Vault Boy snapped right in for me and he stays there without any issue.  Next, print the logo and it&#39;s screws. I added 2 extra “screws” since they print so fast and I&#39;ve discovered sometimes they screws fit nice and snug and other times they are loser then I&#39;d prefer. Line up the logo to the front of the Vault and then push the screws in and it should fit nice and snug! Happy printing and stay safe when exploring the wasteland! <h2>To hold my razor and brush I created The Razorganizer.</h2>No AMS needed. Just print both plates in different colors and pop the decorative elements in. If the fit is too loose, just add a drop superglue. After printing the hole has a diameter of about 16.8mm. Make sure your handle fits. Since a few people wanted to have a dish under it, I created The “SoapDock”. Its actually sized to fit the Razorganizer.
