The original 3 mm plywood CG tool supplied with my Pilot-RC F-16 didn't survive the weight of the finished jet and cracked after only a few seconds. 😅 So I designed a stronger 3D-printable alternative. The tool allows quick and repeatable CG checks at 270 mm, 275 mm and 280 mm, and has been successfully tested in PETG and PETG-CF on a 24 kg aircraft.

Most emblem lights for the Pilot-RC F-16 1/5 don’t hit the target — wrong angle, wasted light. This design fixes that with a true 30° tilt, properly illuminating both the emblem and rudder. Using a 5mm reflector + 3W LED, the light is focused instead of scattered. Print in silver for a realistic aluminum look. Small detail, big impact — especially in low light.

Clean ER40 landing gear in 10 seconds ✨ Snap-on brake line cover — no screws, no glue, protects the tubing and removes the zip-tie look. Print in silver/black and it practically disappears.
