Brilliant. I have tried a handful of other grips and these are the best not only for comfort, but also putting the least strain / damage on the console when taking them on and off. The extra trigger grip took a bit of getting used to. Would be nice if that trigger grip thing had a curved underside that would match the curvature of a finger, as it would be a useful way to allow the Switch to rest against the fingers. Also if the geometry of the rotating clips was slightly adjusted they would be able to fold flat against the grip when not in use. (Better for transporting in a bag)
