this print worked fine but didn't quite appreciate the description talking about changes to the main model and then the main model isn't even in this print profile, which I punched thinking 179g was the whole thing.

love that this is vase mode and minimally wasteful as a test piece. awesome design.

works great, although I wish the wheel had the two weeks marked out so I knew where I was on them. and that there was a version with cups about half as deep so that it fits in my bag a bit better, I was skeptical my meds would fit even after checking the test profile and this thing is mclargehuge

annoyed there's no flats on the back to mount it at all. good profile otherwise.

blue inland tough PLA and clear inland PETG running the glass profile. tolerancing on this is spot on, everything thats supposed to slip slips and everything that's supposed to stick sticks. I was amazed when the blue parts came out and were fully turnable without needing any processing.
trying to run it clear was my own choice, the base took 18 hours to print and is _barely_ transparent when using Archimedean chords. it isn't really transparent at all using concentric. still heavy enough to prevent tipping, still functional, just can't really see the bottom of the mechanism.
love this thing, will likely be making another one with a different color PLA and another clear top to use up the extra base I've got from the concentric test.

super easy to customize to fit my drawer, cut down to 130mm they stack three deep in a Yukon 46" workbench drawer

kinda hard to lock and has some weird printing artifacts from the print in place. work great though.

does what it says on the tin, didn't even bother rescaling to print in ASA and TPU for AMS, the bits snap together great

to anyone confused: you put the long part of the pin in on the far side from the bearing, the very tiny caps on the near side, and screw a screw through the tiny cap into the long part that's it. If they'd closed the end on the long ones to make it more obvious where the machine screw goes it would help, but I imagine some people like putting short screws in from both sides or something.
