Just finished my Life-Size Wearable Seagull Head Mask! Designed from scratch and printed on a Bambu Lab P2S in 9 parts across 6 build plates using PLA. The parts were assembled with super glue, filled, sanded, primed, and hand-painted with acrylics. Sized to fit an adult around 6ft tall and perfect for festivals, cosplay, mascots, or fancy dress. The plastic is weak, and with sharp knives + heavier cutlery going in daily, it eventually flexes, cracks, and gives up. So I redesigned it with a reinforced base to make it stronger and longer lasting. ✅ Files included: STL, 3MF, original SketchUp file + sliced G-code 📏 Can be scaled wider to fit more (or less) cutlery if needed.
