Just a Dad trying to make some fun and cool stuff with my 3 kids. This is a hobby I picked up and enjoy, has been helpful for me mentally, I am a recently retired Fire Lieutenant/ Paramedic, unfortunately for medical reasons and now I'm hoping to make a little money doing something fun with my family! New to the 3d printing world in February of 2025. Running a Bambu X1C with AMS and a Bambu P1S with AMS. Appreciate any help and support along the way. Thanks and God Bless!! hello all,
whats the best 3D scanner for around $200-300 that you have found, user friendly. It can work with Iphone ( i have 16 pro max) or seperate camera. I want something that works with an app and the computer so I don’t have to be tied down to log in the computer around with me! thanks in advance and appreciate the feedback and help! Also best 3d pen, for touch ups and fun activities for my kids?

careful removing supports, slow down the print speed and use PETG for strength. moving the supports. I did break the head off and broke off each leg from the base. It was fine. I was able to use a little bit of heat and put it back together. Good enough for me.

Daughter loves this, I made in articulating dragon for my son and she thought it was cool so I found her something a little more cutesy for her!!

What can I say? I love this not only for my son and his VR headset and controllers, but I love it for myself. If I had a wife that was willing to let me make this and have it as our nightlight in the bedroom but she’s against the skull idea as being ideal bedroom decor!! win some you lose some!!

Turned out great, love me the Bad Boys Era, I was 7 years old when they were on the rise and losing to the Celtics, then beating him and losing to the Lakers and then coming back beating the Celtics beating the Lakers beating in following year, coming back, beating the Celtics and Bulls again, and the Blazers for an amazing run!! them Going to work boys were just as good and should have won back to back but Horry was left open!!
13 went to 6 straight conference finals, not to shabby!!

I like that it had the Bambu logo, so i gave it a shot. It printed great, the durability wasn't good as the edge became dinged and dented up within a few uses. I tried in PLA and PETG. Maybe a stronger filament would be better.
