Does anyone know what is the fix for this problem? I'm getting this line across fhe bottom half on all of my own designed models but when I print out someone else's, there is no problem

I made a rice drain bowl. Made holes 1mm wide and distance between them about 5mm. I am doing this for the first time. Is it a hard time for my printer? I am using 0.4 nozzle
