#PrintClinic I have been having issues with the AMS on my X1C, the AMS slot 1 in particular. I will load a filament into the slot, the motors will spool up, the filament will be pulled in, and the AMS will act like it is reading the filament RFID tag. Once the filament is inserted and the process starts, somewhere from a few seconds to in the middle of a multi-hour print, the filament will disappear from the filament tab on the screen of the printer, and the little light on the AMS slot will extinguish. Sometimes the light on the AMS slot 1 will flash red, sometimes it just goes from white to off. The printer essentially forgets that the filament is there, and it can forget anywhere from while it is reading the filament to midway through a print. There is no apparent pattern to the failure, just that it will eventually happen. I have had to resort to using my other three AMS slots while troubleshooting, and they all work just fine. I have never used PLA-CF or other particle inclusive filaments in this specific slot, and the failures started without warning or indication. There is never an error code given, no indication of an issue besides the filament disappearing on the display and occasionally a red flash from the AMS slot loader. My setup: X1C with 1000+ hours, ordered at launch Original AMS which came with the machine upon order Bambu PLA and PLA-CF Opem to ideas and especially potential solutions
