I'm an academic living in regional Australia. I like to print useful things for around the farm, house and boat, as well as fun models for the grandchildren and us! I'm new to 3D printing and was recently given an awesome Bambu A1 Mini by my daughter. I am a big open source advocate in science, so the open access culture of 3D printing is exciting for me!

Prerrt design, but all printed with a flaw along one ridge, even though I slowed printing speed to 50%. Might be the filament.

Holy smoke I love this print so much!! Just finished this for my sister-in-law who loves all things geological and I’m going to have to make another for myself. Used PLA translucent purple and it came out flawlessly.

Tiny bit of stringing on the last layer. Printed in PLA Basic with PLA Glow for the eyes.
