I started by generating the base sphere and applying a Voronoi cell pattern over the surface. The challenge was keeping all the holes large enough for clean bridging while making the walls thick enough so the ornament wouldn’t feel fragile. After a few tweaks and test slices in Bambu Studio, I finally got a geometry that actually printed smooth without the printer having a panic attack.
