it prints well but I think you may need to go back to the drawing board on the design. Take a piece of filament by hand and try to push it through and you will feel quite a bit of friction. That's why the Bambu Lab 4 way split is shaped the way it is. It caused my A1 to consistently throw errors of not being able to get filament.

Print came out just fine in PETG. On the other hand I would not recommend printing these in PETG on a textured plate because they are pretty close to impossible to get off. only broke 6 of the 10 I printed so I’m happy with the 4 that did come off easily.

I pretty much had to force thread it with this bolt. I used your print profile. It just didn’t thread properly.
