It&#39;s a support for LED strips that could prove useful to anyone in need.&nbsp;The original project consists of a simple solid wood shelf with a square housing designed to accommodate an LED strip.&nbsp;I began with the basics: a base with an integrated guide for the LED strip. This guide allows you to secure the strip without the need for adhesives; simply slide it into the guide to keep it stable and in place.&nbsp;To attach the support to the wall or any surface (as I did in my case), you can choose between using adhesives or small screws to fit into the designated slots in the base.&nbsp;Screws must have this shape with 6mm head:&nbsp;&nbsp;<figure class="table"><table><tbody><tr><td>&nbsp;<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:50%;"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/model/DSM00000000059751/design/2023-11-08_d66bf9bcae9ce.jpeg"></figure></td><td>&nbsp;&nbsp;<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:51%;"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/model/DSM00000000059751/design/2023-11-08_bf7762b4a9d2f.jpeg"></figure></td></tr></tbody></table></figure>&nbsp;Additionally, the base is designed with openings to reduce filament usage and provide better ventilation for the LED strip.&nbsp;I also created a diffuser with guides for easy attachment to the base.&nbsp;Finally, I included two end caps: one with a hole to pass cables to an external controller and one to completely close the opposite end.&nbsp;Printing:&nbsp;There are no specific requirements for printing the base. If your LED strip tends to overheat, I strongly recommend using a high-strength filament like ABS, ASA, or PETG. However, PLA will work well in most cases. No support is required.&nbsp;Regarding the diffusers, I recommend printing them in white (avoid transparent materials as the LEDs will be visible otherwise).&nbsp;Since they are printed with the bottom side being visible, it might be a good idea to use a textured print bed to achieve a better finish (check pictures). However, the most important aspect is to ensure that the side in contact with the print bed is perfect, without any roughness or adhesive residues.&nbsp;Formats:&nbsp;If needed, I may release the source file to make it fully parametric. For now, you can choose between two common formats:<ul><li>LED strip approximately 9 mm wide</li><li>LED strip approximately 12 mm wide</li><li>LED strip (COB) approximately 8 mm wide</li></ul>9 and 12 formats fit a 15.8 mm wide base while the 8mm has a 12mm one.&nbsp;I included also different lengths to be printed in almost any printer (150mm and 250mm), if you need intermediate length just cut it.&nbsp;Remember to get the same led size for each component, a diffuser for 9mm strip doesn&#39;t fit in the 12mm base.&nbsp;If you need different sizes, feel free to ask!&nbsp;I hope this model proves useful for your projects. Simple and fun toilet paper holder for your bathroom needs! There's two versions; one that hangs on the wall and one that sits on the back of the toilet or on a shelf. The everyone file and a P and S have holes in the back for nails. Regardless of which shelf you select: the longer that would need to be glued together, or the shorter one; you'll need to attach picture hangers on the back for more support. They're all labeled though. Have fun printing!

Be sure to read the different applications of the different tool holders below to make sure you are printing the correct model for your application. Please be aware that your filament brand, age, and print profile can affect the fit of your printed parts, if you have significant issues with fit consider trying a test print with a different roll or brand of filament.&nbsp;*** UPDATE 1 *** 2/14/24&nbsp;Received some feed back that the tool mounts will not work with tools that have the belt clips installed on them. I never considered this in the original design since I typically take them off my tools. I have made 2 options available so those of you that use the belt clips can still use these mounts.&nbsp;The first option I simply increased the thickness of the mount and then hollowed out the back a bit to try and keep the amount of material used down a bit. I designed it in a way that it can be printed without supports and a little bit of bridging.&nbsp;The second option is a simple spacer that is printed separately and then placed behind the original tool mount. This is a good option for those of you who have already printed the original as it has a recess in so that the original mount can sit down in to keep the screw holes aligned. I intentionally designed this to be on the tighter side for fit so mileage may vary depending on what brand you use and your filament calibration. Comment if you do have fitment issues of the spacers so I know if I need to make more updates. &nbsp;Please note I have not verified this with every Dewalt tool available.                                                        &nbsp;Tool and Battery mounts for Dewalt 20v tools&nbsp;These things are nearly universal and will fit a good amount of the Dewalt 20v tools and is universal for all 20v batteries. They are also quite strong and have no issues supporting the weight of the ½" impact drivers weight and then some.&nbsp;Attach them to whatever surface you want with two #8 screws. Tool mounts are best used as under mount but they can certainly be mounted horizontally if it suites your application. The battery mounts can be mounted in whatever orientation you want as they use the batteries locking mechanism to hold the batteries in place.&nbsp;There are 3 different print models for the tool mounts, choose which one best suits your needs.&nbsp;Dewalt Tool Holder: Base file, print these for tools that do not have the belt clips.&nbsp;Dewalt Tool Holder - Integrated Belt Clip Spacer: print these for tools that you want to consistently hang tools from that have belt clips on them. The skid plate is a bit thicker to allow clearance and I have hollowed out the back of it a bit to save on material usage. No support is needed for this print.&nbsp;Dewalt Tool Holder - Belt Clip Spacer: This is for previous users who printed the original and would like to be able to able to mount their tools that have belt clips, or users that want a more modular function.&nbsp;I've printed these in normal PLA and didn't have any strength issues but you can use PETG or Pro PLA if you want. If you want to use these in a work truck or something that can get really hot in warm weather you should probably use ABS otherwise its probably overkill.&nbsp;Default profile uses .2 layer height but bump it up for a faster print as layer height really doesn't matter for these. I've even printed these on ludicrous speed and had them still fit fine.

Edit - Reorientated and enlarged so now it prints loads better and all words a readable but would still benefit from a 0.2mm nozzle but no longer a big difference. &nbsp;will look 100% better with a 0.2mm nozzle but i don't have one fitted at the minute so did it with a 0.4mm thats why a couple of letters don't look great.

No, nope, not a chance. How big is this helmet? Will it fit my head? There is a "cage" you can print to test for fit. Can I see through the eyes? Yes, but not in the dark. Can I dim the eyes down? Not in this version, maybe in the future. Why do all the servos buzz when the helmet is open? 9g servos are not strong enough to keep everything open without power. Keeping the power to servos creates buzz. How long does one charge last? Not sure, but it is in the hours, not in minutes. How long will it take to print everything? Depends on your printer and nozzle size. On my Ender 5Pro with a 0.6mm nozzle, total print time is about 48 hours. How much filament do I need? 1kg roll should cover it all.

I didn&#39;t like other options I found, so I just threw this together quick in fusion. Works great for my needs. I ran it with 6 walls on a 0.4 nozzle and 20% infill with 0.2 height.

The original Bambu Lab spool holder works well but takes a lot of filament and is missing a few nice features, such as being able to see how much filament is left on your spool, having passthrough holes for respooling, and more places to stick the loose end of your filament. &nbsp;The original locking mechanism is unchanged, and these will work interchangeably with the original version if you only want to do one side or something. The lock tab is still there for accepting the Bambu Lab refills and the original shims work as well if you want the extra locking power. &nbsp;I would recommend you print this in something that can withstand a dehydrator. I used ASA.&nbsp;I printed in 0.2mm layers without supports, with a light glue coating on the bed for ASA.
