I’m a semi‑retired mortgage underwriter. After layoffs and two years without job prospects, I leaned more into 3D printing, which has been my hobby since 2012. We didn’t invent the concept… but we made it better.
While there are similar designs, this is not a remix, this is our own original take on this concept, engineered from the ground up in Fusion 360.
The Strap Chameleon is a fully reverse‑engineered and improved 3D printable take on a popular “as seen on TV” ratchet‑strap keeper product. The original works — but this version cleans up the geometry, strengthens the case, improves the winding action, and fixes the long‑term durability issues.

A flat TPU disc that transforms into a functional cup‑carrying net — powered by a radial compliant mechanism.
I saw a similar silicone “net‑style” cup carrier in a video and thought: this should be 3D‑printable.
So I engineered my own version from scratch, only 2mm thick like a coaster.
Place a drink cup in the center, lift the outer ring handles, and the radial compliant mechanism expands upward into a flexible net that securely cradles the cup for easy, one‑handed carrying.

This is an adaptation of JADENS Bluetooth Thermal Shipping Label Printer Mount & MUNBYN Label Spool Holder – MultiBoard Compatible model to fit the FlyFar e40 Pro thermal label printer.
Remodeled to fit the FlyFar E40 Pro printer
Added edge fillets so as not to cut into the cord
Modified the Multiboard mounts so only the top mounts are directional, for easier attachment to multiboard
Modified the label spool holder spindle to fit a 1" core label roll

LikeSilk filament comes on some really nice reloadable spools. Unfortunately, they're not the proper size to fit Bambu spools, or most other refill spools. I tried several other adapters for this purpose, but I found they either had too tight clearance, making them difficult to fit onto the LikeSilk spool, and darn near impossible to remove once on, and sometimes too tight to fit the refill spool on, and use way too much filament, so I dove into Fusion and designed one of my own. Only 11g!
