Overall, I like my Fixdryer 1. However, what bothers me is that there's no way to maintain the dryness of the filament during storage. That's why I designed these plugs to be able to close the holes. These plugs will work with the Fixdry 1, or every dryer that is identical in construction (Aomdom, Hlieeosfcn, etc).You have to print w top side covers, 2 side covers and 1 top middle cover to be abled to close all the holes. Since the plugs are made of TPU, you should still be abled to use some of the holes, but still let the plugs of the other holes stay in place, bending the rest out of the way. They are designed to be 3D printed in TPU and fit quite snugly, so you don't have to overextrude. 95A shore hardness TPU is what I used, but I generally think softer TPUs might work a little better. Have fun printing!

I used a led strip that is powered by USB and plugged it in the 5V plug behind the screen on my P1P/P1S. There are access holes on both sides to run cabling/led strip. Open pocket behind logo to stash some lights to illuminate it. Vents only on the sides with a sliding doors built in. Which are held down by the glass. Front logo is a seperate piece to save time and filament. Only two color changes this way opposed too many if it is part of the model. Picture was printed in Bambu Matte Black and Bambu Green. 3mf is set with slower outer walls to prevent bulging and poor overhangs at top of hexagons.

Do you have the following printer errors when printing with the AMS? Failed to pull out the filament from the extruder Failed to feed the filament into the toolheadWell, give this little mod a try!In my case, I found the most common cause of these errors to be the PTFE tube having too much of a curve as it enters the extruder. This little bracket easily clips onto the cable guide on top of the extruder body and keeps it straight.NOTE: This is a remix of Bambu Lab's own design, they are providing the (unmodified) STL file of this to some users who contact support about AMS problems. In this remix, I made the following changes:<ol><li>Added hole for the PTFE tube instead of open-bottom, this way the tube does not slide out as the print head moves.</li><li>Modified design for easier printing with no supports needed.</li><li>Shaved 2mm off the top of the model so it can never bang against the glass lid of the printer like Bambu's design did.</li><li>Orientated the model properly for printing.</li><li>Added windows on the side for a more mechanical look and visibility of PTFE tube.</li></ol>Will it fix your problems?Maybe, maybe not. I think the AMS system on this printer needs a lot of refinement, but since I have created this and installed it, I have noticed a lot less error messages. It's only 1.3 grams of filament and 5 minutes to print, so give it a shot. Printing settings:<ul><li>Print in PETG, ABS, ASA, Poly, or Nylon. PLA will not survive.</li><li>Print at 0.16mm layer height with 0.4mm nozzle.</li><li>Print with a large brim around the base - I recommend 15mm brim.</li><li>No supports are needed with most materials.</li></ul>How to install:<ol><li>Straighten PTFE tube (bend) by hand to be very straight (according to Bambu).</li><li>Slide PTFE tube through hole in bracket.</li><li>Insert PTFE tube into extruder to lock in place.</li><li>Slide the straightener down the PTFE tube and onto the coupler inside the extruder.</li><li>Press it down onto the coupler inside the extruder to lock into place.</li><li>If properly installed it should swivel around, and look like the photos.</li></ol>Leave a rating and some feedback!Let me know if this helps at all, and also let me know if you can think of any improvements I could make to the design.

Update: I have added a recut blade for the A1 Mini's build height restrictions. The tallest portion is 175mm which tested as acceptable by Bambu Studio. I have no way of testing a profile since I do not own an A1 Mini. A profile is included in the raw files but not published as a profile due to this restriction.&nbsp;&nbsp;New version of my interchangeable blade Master Sword. This one is child sized and child friendly. All sharp edges have been rounded over up 4mm. The grip has been shortened 40mm for smaller hands.&nbsp;The blade is still removable in case it is damaged and can be easily replaced. It has been dulled and shortened as well. Use the jewel to hold the blade in place.&nbsp;The wrap on the grip has been upgraded with a spiral track for less play while installed.&nbsp;Glue is necessary for assembly but will ensure a very strong model.&nbsp;Print with over 4 walls or more for a much strong sword. Infill isn't as necessary for strength. Introducing the FDM (Fixum Dude Motors) print in place Jeep.&nbsp;Prints without supports. Samples are printed in PLA with 0.2 layer height, at least 3 perimeters, and 10%-15% gyroid infill. Examples printed in PolyMaker Silk Chrome PLA, Eryone Dual Color Blue/Green Silk PLA and an unknown gold silk PLA.

Inspired by the lovable character from Lilo & Stitch, this intricately designed piece will add a touch of intergalactic charm to your decor.&nbsp;This model does not yet contain the step file, so to import it into Bamboo Studio, you just have to select all the STLs and drag it to Bambu Studio!<figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/399219/2023-10-27_6aa316784592c.png"></figure>&nbsp;Bambu Studio Settings: The settings are just a recommendation, however you can print with the settings you are already used to using! • Preferences (ctrl + P) → activate developer settings → Quality →Advanced → First Layer Flow Ratio: 1.04 • Quality → Wall generator → Arachne • Quality → Wall transitioning threshold angle → 50º • Strength → Advanced → Infill/wall overlap → 20% • Quality → Advanced → Avoid crossing walls • Increasing retraction / reducing temperature can help reducing wisps • I recommend always starting with the lighter colors. Recommendations before and after printing:&nbsp; • Use textured PEI sheet • To make the hole for the USB cable input for the LEDs, you can do it with a soldering iron, drill a hole or you can do it with a slicer by adding a negative model in the place where you want to make the hole • For the pieces to give more light, I recommend using aluminum tape on the inside of the back cover • Be careful to clean the table well&nbsp;Materials and tools used to assemble parts:&nbsp; • Aluminum Tape for the back cover • Hot glue pistol to place in the spacing of the LEDs so they don't come off • Soldering iron to make the hole for the USB cable and/or to solder the LEDs with the USB cable with ON/OFF switch • White or RGB LEDs&nbsp;To find out the list of all the components I use, you can click on the link in my description, and you will find it in the first post!

When there isn't much filament left in the spool, clips attached to the edge aren't very effective. So I designed this one, named Baby Carrot, to be attached on the inside the Bambu Lab Spool using the holes already present, without the need for glue or anything else to stay in place.&nbsp;The main advantage of this clip is that you don't need to remove it before using the spool in the AMS because it does not interfere with rotation. Furthermore, thanks to the rounded shape, this clip does not block the filament during unwinding.The only drawback is that on full spools you won't find room to snap this clip until you've used up enough: in this case you can print one of the two clips that I designed specifically and which you can find at this link: <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/it/models/59601#profileId-62387" rel="nofollow noopener">https://makerworld.com/it/models/59601</a>&nbsp;You can then leave it assembled until all the filament runs out. And when you want to remove it, just use any scraper to lift the edge and detach it. Warning: before before downloading and printing SPAM profiles, please check that when ★ 𝐅𝐚𝐬𝐭 is written it is really faster and not 30% slower at printing. Also make sure it was actually printed by author and that the photo used is not only a copy of the print from the original profile!

This is a part of an series of Ams fixes that i have designed which can complement each other when used together. I do suggest you install all my fixes together for the 0ptimal effect to help your filament travel properly across the entire system which in turn can help improve, reduce or remove any potential Ams errors.&nbsp;I have grouped all fixes into their respective Collection for ease of searching what to install.&nbsp;V2 Collection are improvements done on the shortcoming of V1 Collection. Ams Filament Pull Back Fix V2 Upgraded is a total revamp design of the <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/47982#profileId-49834" rel="nofollow noopener">hugely successful previous model</a> for correcting the internal Ptfe tubes angle inside the Ams and maintain a straight Ptfe feeding into the Ams motor to reduce friction and pressure.&nbsp;&nbsp;Important Note: This new design is used to replace the older version. You can choose to use any of the version or try 1 then if it doesn't work very well then try the other one, but please DO NOT use both new and old model together. (Not including Spool being too light or a break of filament in the Ams)4) Having a constant struggle on any of your Ams slots, people complained about Slot 2 and 3 but this fix is designed to fix all of 4 slots for Failed To Retract / Pull Out Filament Error.&nbsp;&nbsp;Why choose this fix instead of other similarly designed fix?I do think that in theory, this new fix will work great and likely even superseding in performance when compared to my ver 1 design.&nbsp;This is ez to print but yet its measurement is very precise. Its really important to make sure the fix installed correctly to let it work properly&nbsp;Note 1: The Ptfe Tube is supposed to be tight and snug for the support with precision. Plz make sure you installed it correctly as per the video instruction.&nbsp;Note 2: Please ensure you followed the preparation video closely before installing to ensure all supports are CLEANLY removed so the fix will work perfectly&nbsp;Note 3: You are required to properly assembled the Ams including the 2 screws that you unscrewed during the disassembly as this model require everything to be tight and snug for it to work properly.&nbsp;Note 4: When reassembling try to adjust the 2 very long wires connecting to the rear of the Ams Circuit board, don't let them press on any of the Ptfe tube. I don't think it matters but its a good practice.&nbsp;Note 5: Do NOT overtighten the screws please. As shown in the installation video, just tight then finger tight will work Don't jam it all the way down please. Whatever cause the error today might not be the same area that cause the error again, same with person A and Person B setup, as the error itself is mainly due to tension with friction triggering the sensors in the machine.&nbsp;I would suggest you download and try and install all my fixes together for the proper effect as together they will ensure a smooth delivery of the filament with much lesser friction (read write ups) and hopefully that will help and reduce or resolve the error. If you use only one or 2 of the fixes the error could still happen as there are still other area might still be causing excessive friction.&nbsp;
