Screen Bezel v5 (P1S/P1P) Allenkey + Screencover

Screen Bezel with Allen keys holder V5.0 for P1P / P1S.

The Allen Keys can always be stored safely and within reach while almost invisible!

Now also with a flippable Screen Cover that only covers the display. 

Available are 4 different Screen Covers, visible if you look in BambuStudio from below.

Simply print one of the 4 print plates.

Installation: 

1. Push onto the screen from the front and secure to the back of the screen. You do not have to disconnect the display from the printer! If you are about to do that, you are about to install the screen bezel the wrong way around!
2. Push the 2 small sliders you also printed onto the sides, they will snap into position and you can then use them to secure the allen keys by sliding the sliders up and down.
3. Push the flippable screen cover onto the screen bezel until it snaps into place.
4. Insert the allen keys on the left or right side.

Uninstall:

• Be careful and patient when removing it so as not to damage your screen. It is possible to remove the screen bezel softly if done patently. That is also why the screen bezel is so thin and therefore slightly flexible.

Print Settings, Important: 

• If you use your own Settings for printing, check “Detect thin wall” in the “STRENGTH” Settings in Bambu Studio. Otherwise, simply use my Print Setup.

Updated improved Version 5.0:

• the screen cover now only covers the display and no longer the buttons as well.
• the parts that connect the screen bezel to the screen lid are now more stable.

Updated improved Version 4.0:

• now with a screen cover! No tools or further materials are needed, the cover can just be snapped into place.

Updated improved Version 3.0:

• The Allen keys can be secured with a new Slider for each side, this way the Allen Keys can not move due to vibration.

Updated improved Version 2.0:

• The Allen keys now slide out easier because of the new opening at the bottom middle, here you can simply put your finger and slide the Allen Keys to the side, which makes it much easier to get them out.

• now the fit is improved by making the model slightly bigger. It still fits tight but can be removed easier than before.

Remix:

I changed this file from being a Screen Bezel only to a Screen Bezel where 2 Allen keys can be stored inside with thicker walls and also added a flippable screen cover.
