I've designed and tested the Standard Version on Plate 1 to have a snug fit on bamboo sticks with a diameter of 8-9mm. (0.315-0.354 inches).
The scaled up version on the Plate 2 works well with sticks of 9-10mm.
Feel free to scale it up if you need a larger size.
I've printed it in PLA, but PETG might be even better for outdoor use.
