Introduction
This module is part of the Storage Tree project.
In case you've come across this model and are unsure of where it fits or its context, let me bring you up to speed…
What can you store on this "Leaf":
- 1x Mini Wire Cutter (Pliers)* - The pocket is larger to make it the most universal as possible
- 1x Ergo Scraper (magnetic snap)
- 1x Bambu AMS Disconnect Tool by Jody
- 1x spray bottle for IPA "Isopropyl Alcohol" (50ml) *
- 2x Hex Keys (magnetic snap)
- 2x necked nozzle cleaning needles (magnetic snap)
- 1x nozzle cleaning needles

Some nice details some hidden other shown like the protruding Bambu Lab logo, a flushed version is available on the 3mf file.


Context.
This is part of a larger project, which I've decided to call "Storage Tree," structured like a tree with a common trunk, branches, and respective leaves. The branches of Bambu Labs has already contain many leaves among others, more generic "Storage Leafs," which can be used to store various items.

It's a simple system, yet elegant and easy to use. Contrary to the common argument that a drawer system would take up less space, I disagree because the drawer needs to be opened, requiring space in front of it. I understand this is debatable, so I won't dwell on it further. Material in use
Magnets
- 3x neodymium magnets with diameter of approx. 10x2,7mm
- 4x neodymium magnets with diameter of approx. 8x2,6mm (2 for the bottom 2 for the top)

The files were prepared and sliced with care, with fine configurations added to achieve a balance between print time and quality.

- The file “Leaf_BambuLab_Tools.3mf” contains several pauses, with the first and last needing to magnetically align on top of each other.
- Magnets:
- Ensure that the magnets on the base attract the Storage Leaf below.
- Magnets:
Ensure that the magnets are fully seated in their pockets. Bambu Lab X1 and P1 series will attract magnets.
If any magnets protrude above the pocket, the nozzle may come into contact with them, potentially causing damage to the nozzle and extruder.
When inserting magnets, ensure to counterbalance the pressure force so as not to force the building plate downward.
