Printing Tips

The clip has been optimized to print using the default Bambu Lab profiles; no supports or brim needed
Prints and works great in PLA, PETG, ASA and many more filaments; Polycarbonate was functional but too stiff for my liking
After printing it may help to run a piece of filament through the holder to smooth print lines; a small section of CF filament work great for this

Thanks for sharing and glad you like them! Wanted to add a note about the print profile since it's been removed, I decided to reduce the number of profiles so the model was more in line with MakerWorlds print profile rules. The original clip with no logo is still available for download as a STEP file if anyone would still like to print them, just use the standard 0.20mm setting and you're good to go!

Snaps in place with a very satisfying click and a tight fit. The end of the filament also sit tight in the clamp and my filament bending nightmares are finally history 🤣 Thanks for this awesome design!

lost one soldier in this battle but the rest look really clean. Tested on a bambu spool and hold really well.

Works great. Printed really clean with coloured logo on X1C. Love the satisfying click as they seat into place. Probably going to be printing quite a few more of these as I grow my colour selection. Cheers. Printed in Grey PLA Tough with the Green that came with the machine.

Works absolutely perfect. Best Clips I have ever tested in 6 Years. Works perfect with my original Bambu Spools - white and transparent - no problems at all. Printed in PLA tough silver and PLA Bambu green.

Work much better when you attach it to the spool 😂. Bambu white spools work better than the clear ones.

Hi Ryan, these clips are different from the usual style and are meant to clip to the edge of the spool instead of the filament. See the pictures for the model and let me know if that works better!
