Description
This push-up board allows for correct and intense training thanks to its various positions, engaging different chest muscles. Additionally, I created an extension to insert in the center to enhance and make the workout even more effective.
I added pauses to allow for the insertion of TPU filament for the final layer, so that the board is more stable and does not slip.
