Stackable Soap Curing Rack

This modular curing rack is designed to maximize airflow around your handmade soap bars while minimizing the footprint on your counter. It is specifically sized for ten bars up to 8cm high, 4cm thick, and 7cm wide, though it works perfectly for smaller bars as well.

Design Features

Enhanced Airflow: The design includes insertable feet that elevate the rack, allowing air to circulate freely beneath the bars for a more even cure.

Modular Stacking: Features insertable extensions that allow you to stack multiple racks vertically.

Stability: While tested up to two levels high, the design is robust enough that additional tiers should be possible.

Tolerances: The fit is designed to be slightly loose to ensure compatibility across various printer calibrations.

Print Settings

Material: PLA has been tested and works well for this application.

Nozzle: Has been printed with 0.4mm and 0.6mm nozzles.

Supports: Generally not required, depending on your specific print orientation.

Build Plate Adhesion: If you choose to print the feet with the sphere-side down, I highly recommend using a brim to ensure they don't tip during the print.

Assembly Instructions

For a permanent and stable build, I recommend gluing the feet and the stacking extensions into their respective slots.
