Description

Hi, this worm gear was tested many times until it fit perfectly on standart Legos axles!

Nonetheless, if they are too loose or too stiff on the axles for your personal needs:

When you open the 3mf file you will see four long translucent square rods/bars that remove a bit of the inner edges of the worm gear, they are there so you can adjust the inner edges of the worm gear, if they are too loose or too stiff on the axles use the rods to adjust them accordingly!
I you don't want to adjust them, just ignore the translucent rods and print it directly…

I personally already printed a lot of them as you see on the last foto… They are great!

works really well meshes really well with Lego

works nice a bit longer than a original but works in a setup shown on the photo

The axle hole is perfect (tighter fit than the original) but it doesn't fit between two 32166 pieces (gray in picture) because it's too large and too long, yours is already 11.2mm in the slicer (so it's not a printing issue), the original worm gear is 9.85mm (black one in picture, diameter measured with caliper). It works on some mechanisms as you can see in the second picture but it's not a valid replacement for my use case

It does fit, I printed it 50 of them and they all fit, I extra added these adjustment parts so you can adjust them to your needs, so don't tell me they don't fit!

How didn't they fit? I explained step by step how to make them fit perfectly, did you ignore this part?
