Description

It was quite an effort to design the protective case for Bitzee interactive toy. This toy is not prepared to take a case :) I have designed as many locking features as I could, to keep the top and bottom case firmly in place. It also has a lanyard loop, so it can be carried more safely.

I have made profiles for:

- Classic Bitzee (mint). It uses less material.

- and Disney (violet) editions, added now as well. It uses more material as this model requires much thicker walls.

The  cover will NOT fit on Magicals (blue)

To some extent the holding strength will depend on the TPU of your choice. I printed it with Bambu TPU 95A HF, It is not too grippy. Still the case held up well, never fell off, even when my daughter swung it like crazy on a lanyard.

Printing tips:

-If you will find the case too tight or too loose you can scale it a little. Just scale only the width and length, do not scale the hight.

-I had to scale the Disney edition myself in Bambu Studio as I did not have time to work on Fusion model anymore and it was little too large.

-TPU becomes more flexible in time so the case should be a very tight fit to begin with.

-Dry your TPU first. Print top and bottom parts separately to minimize stringing.

-Use glue. otherwise you may have problems to detach it from the plate

Enjoy!
