Just uploaded a fobless, chipless Nissan key head replacement.
This is a simple mechanical repair for broken plastic key heads, no electronics, no programming, just reuse the original metal blade. Modeled from scratch in CAD to fix an everyday annoyance instead of replacing the whole key.
If you print it, I’d love feedback on fit, materials, or any variations you’d like to see.

It is very material heavy, had to lighten it up quite a bit but overall a good design!.

I think the design needs a lock of some sort. unwinding sometimes unscrews the pieces.

I designed this card holder for a local barber who wanted something that felt vintage and intentional instead of a plastic tray on his station. Wood PLA gave it that warm, apothecary look, and the angled pocket makes cards easy to grab without tipping.
The front plaque is meant for custom logos or text, and the back panel can show hidden initials when the holder is empty, a small detail that clients have really liked.

If you print one, I’d love to see your color choices or how you customized the front. Drop a make in the comments 👍

First public release under KM Code & Design. This model is a substantial remix inspired by an existing filament spool clip, with the original creator credited and linked. The design has been fully reworked into a modular magnetic filament identification system with interchangeable tags, filament retention, and multiple mounting options. Feedback on fitment or tag ideas is welcome.

They could use a tube clip in the middle of the bend. To hold the device in place.

Pops off a bit due to loose clips on the right side when pulling for open. Maybe slightly bigger hold clips?
Edited to 5 star after using the smaller profile.
