#Questions #Copyright Protection @MakerWorld How do you actually resolve issues if you have AI responses to false copyright claims? I showed countless pieces of evidence and Mattel cant copyright a clawfootbathtub that existed before they did. Somehow my appeal fails when every piece of info is there and more(Edited)

@MakerWorld does the same copyright infringement apply to your current contests? like the “Children’s Toy Contest” or others for that matter? According to Mattel’s IP infringement and your AI markings

Supposedly infringement on Barbie,LittleHelpers, FisherPrice, Heman, Skeletor, and Masters of the Universe when the tub exists way before. Inspired and made from the photo at Rolling Hills Asylum and easy to find first google. Surprised an AI did not scan for any of this when it was on my page and easy to find online. Mattel slapped a false copyright claim(Edited)

#Questions Any chance to get more than 5 pieces of evidence when you have way more to show? @MakerWorld Seems like more of a problem for the user to not be able to prove themselves in the case of theft 🫶 This IP report makes no sense :)

#Copyright Protection #Questions Community should look into how bad these trademarks are, none of my models are listed in any of these links and does not even mention a tub, let alone one I made nyself 😭Not to mention @MakerWorld only giving you 300 characters to dispute a claim such as this(Edited)
