I built a parametric 3D Vase Generator
I built a parametric 3D Vase Generator
Hi everyone,I wanted a quick way to generate unique, organic, and geometric vases specifically optimized for 3D printing in Vase Mode (spiralize outer contour), without spending hours fighting with complex CAD software or writing OpenSCAD code from scratch. So, I developed AlgoVase, a parametric studio where you can just tweak sliders to dynamically morph shapes, twisting, and textures, and instantly export clean STL files.I just launched a small Kickstarter campaign to finalize the standalone version. It’s a very low-budget project (goal is just €550) because I want to keep it accessible to the maker community.I’m currently looking for feedback from the community:What parametric features or textures would you absolutely want to see in a vase generator? What slicer settings do you usually struggle with when printing custom vases? If you want to check out the UI and the logic behind it, you can see the project here: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/3d-boss/algovase-the-parametric-vase-studioThanks for any feedback or support

Just dropped my Organic Twist Vase — BimsART original and completely free! Flowing curves, asymmetric twist, rounded base — looks like something from a designer store straight off the plate. Red looks absolutely stunning but I want to see every color version — drop your makes in the comments! #Vasemode #Homedecor #New Designs #3Dprints #Makerlab #Bimsart #freeprint #Bambulab #Vase #interiordesign(Edited)

Make art with your filament waste!!! The Pollock Planter: inner pot, a transparent vase-mode outer shell, and a lid. Stuff your filament poop in the gap. Instant abstract art. Jackson Pollock would be "proud". Every single one looks different depending on your waste pile. Parts were designed in Potforge Studio, a browser-based parametric pot designer I've been building. The new best vase is here!
The new best vase is here!
Have you been on the search for a unique designer vase that will transform any space?Well here you have it, the Fluke Vase makes its impact on any room, home, or as a gift with its stunning eye catching features. Most vases have a wide bottom to a short top but its time to change it up! This is not the first sensational vase of its kind like this. These vases exist online on designer brands but for an unreasonable price. Instead of the retail price of $170, by printing this model, you can have it in your home for $5.40. Plus, without having to wait for shipping, your printer will have this done in a couple of hours. Don't worry about the filament cost, as said before, it's only $5.40. Lastly, this design uses new Bambu Studio technology (spiral vase mode and smooth spiral) to eliminate seams and create a smoother finished product.  This vase looks great with fresh or dried flowers but will still be astonishing on any surface by itself. Find Fluke Vase with the link below or by searching ‘Fluke Vase’ on MakerWorld!
