#PrintClinic #Printing Issue #Questions #Needhelp So I have the Anycubic Kobra 3 my friend bought it for me and when he bought it the owner said it had problems that needing fixed liked the axis bar being bent and I had that fixed by a mechanic that straightened the bar out so I fixed that problem then I ran into another problem the hotend covered itself in filament I changed it and it did again after a few prints so after like two times replacing it my printer decided to go into my build plate ruining my rainbow build plate on the one side and my regular build plate on the one side I can use my regular build plate on the other side because i caught it before it dug in worse so then I replaced the hotend again and then i printed a pole for a spool holder and it printed most of it until like at the last 14 layers out of 134 layers and when I seen the print I stopped it because at that layer the printer stopped printing on the actual print and started printing off of the print so I researched and figured out to replace the nozzle sock and the nozzle and the I replaced the whole extruder part and at first the filament wouldn't go through so I took it off and put it back on because there was nothing wrong with it and then the filament would come out but now i ran into another problem the printer isn't pulling the filament like it's supposed to and if i push it in it will work because I'm pushing it i will post pictures in a second just someone please help me. This is a video of me showing how it isnt pulling filament itself(Edited)

Does anyone have any experience with the following? I've printen two of the Vase in the picture from https://makerworld.com/en/models/2574365-decorative-vase#profileId-2838503 I used Sunlu Mul One came out great, but the other has this weird color split in the middle which I can't explain. Both use the some print profile from the original creator. The only difference is that one was printen on an A1 and the other an an A1 Mini #Weird #Flower Vase #Multicolor #Printing Issue(Edited)

Beginner’s Question: Why is my 3d printer giving my prints wigs? recently i’ve noticed a really weird issue with a lot of my prints, regardless of the modeler, filament, etc.. whatever this is. At first i scoffed and assumed it was some weird, bed plate spagetti problem, but the error occurs in higher layers of the print, where it almost looks like the model is wearing a wig. I’m pretty new to 3d printing, and have no clue why this could be happening (though i suspect it might have to do with my nossle, which is so worn-out that calling it so is an understatement) but i would really like to know so I can get this to stop! Thank you!!! #Questions #Printing Issue #Beginner #Support

#A1Mini #3Dprintingproblems #Printing Issue #Questions

FIX WARPING
FIX WARPING
Guide to Stopping 3D Print WarpingWarping happens when the edges of your print—usually the corners—curl up and detach from the build plate. This occurs because plastic shrinks as it cools; if the layers cool unevenly, internal tension pulls the edges upward. Here is a guide to locking your prints down flat. 1. First Layer (The Foundation)If your first layer isn’t perfect, the rest of the print doesn't stand a chance.Level Your Bed: This is the #1 cause of warping. If the nozzle is too far away, the plastic won't "squished" enough. Use your printer’s auto-leveling sequence before every big print.Adjust Z-Offset: Even with a level bed, your nozzle might be starting too high. Lower your Z-offset in small increments (0.05mm) until the filament is slightly flattened against the bed. 2. Maximize Bed AdhesionSometimes gravity and heat aren't enough. You need to bond the plastic to the plate.Clean the Surface: Fingerprints are the enemy. Oil ruins adhesion. Wipe your build plate with Isopropyl Alcohol (90%+) before every print. For deep cleaning, use warm water and dish soap.Use Adhesives:Bambu Liquid Glue: Specifically designed for Bambu Lab plates to provide a thin, even interface layer.Glue Stick: A simple layer of purple glue stick is often enough for PLA and PETG.Specialized Adhesives: Products like Magigoo or Bed Weld are engineered to bond when hot and release when cold.Use a Brim: In your slicer (Bambu Studio), enable a "Brim." This prints a wide, single-layer border around the base, increasing surface area significantly. 3. Control the TemperatureWarping is caused by temperature shock. Keeping the environment stable reduces shrinking.Heated Bed: Ensure your bed is hot enough to keep the bottom layers expanded.PLA: 50°C – 60°CPETG: 70°C – 80°CABS/ASA: 90°C – 110°CBlock Drafts: A cool breeze from an AC vent can warp a print instantly.Use a Bambu Lab Enclosure: For high-warp materials like ABS, ASA, and Nylon, an enclosure is mandatory. It traps heat, keeping the ambient air warm so the part cools slowly. If using a Bambu Lab P1S or X1-Carbon, keep the door and top cover closed for ABS/ASA.If using a Bambu Lab P1P or A1, consider a Bambu Lab official fabric enclosure or a third-party tent to maintain heat. 4. Tune Slicer SettingsYour software can automate anti-warping strategies.Disable Fan for First Layers: Ensure your cooling fan is set to 0% for the initial 1-3 layers.Print Slower: Slow the first layer speed down (try 15-20 mm/s). This gives the plastic more time to bond.Reduce Infill: Dense infill pulls hard on the walls as it cools. Reducing infill to 10-15% lowers this internal tension.Troubleshooting Cheat Sheet MaterialPrimary CauseBest SolutionPLADirty bed or draftsWash bed with dish soap + use a BrimPETGCooling too fastLower fan speed (30-50%) + raise bed tempABS / ASAAmbient air too coldClose Bambu Lab door/lid + Turn fan OFFNylonMoisture / Poor gripDry filament + use Bambu Liquid Glue

#Pleasehelp I am not sure if this is the right place to post this, if not, I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I have an X1C and I a struggling with corner bulges. The pic below is a sample swatch that is supposed to be a 2-inch square with a 1-inch square inside it. The design has a 1mm gap all of the way around it. (i.e. the center square should not be attached) You can see that the outer corners bulge so the sides are not straight and the inner corners bulge, so the inner square attaches itself. Please help. How do I fix this? Note: this item will be a template for cutting fabric, so the sides need to be straight #Needhelp #Help Center #Pleasehelp #Printing Issue #bulging corners

Hi all. I am facing an issue: printing a face, haha. I am using P1S, with Sunlu PETG white, to print a head, which I cut into 4 parts. The top 1/4 of the prints are getting rough, like blistering. The total height is about 61mm, and the issue starts around 45 mm. I had it all calibrated according to the P1S standards, and the filament prints fairly well on less organic features. Despite being PETG, I am sure it is not due to moisture. The environment is kept at 30%, the AMS is under 20%, and the storage containers I use for all my filaments are at 10%. At first, I thought it could be due to overheating, so I kept the door open for the second plate, but I had similar results. The affected area is also where the print profile is transitioning from a vertical to a horizontal wall. Could it be an overflow issue? How do we check and fix this kind of issue? #Problem #Printing Issue #Sunlu filament
