Description

2024年1月14日,更新模型,改善了线材通过的平滑性,改善了小卡扣强度并提供对PTFE管的固定效果,并增加了拓竹P1系列的固定支架。

 

全新设计的分流器,不需要气动开关,直接插入PTFE管,可夹紧,不易拔出。可一次打印成型,直接装配使用,方便。建议采用PETG材料。尺寸仅有20*20*55mm,非常的小巧。内部经过优化设计,耗材可以非常的顺畅的在里面穿过。

January 14, 2024, the model were updated。filament can through more smoothness , the buckle has been strengthened , and provide a fixing effect for PTFE pipes. Additionally, a fixing bracket for the BAMBULAB P1 series was added.

 

The newly designed splitter does not require a pneumatic switch , can directly inserted into a PTFE , which can be clamped and not easily pulled out. It can be printed and formed in one go, and can be directly assembled and used, making it convenient. It is recommended to use PETG material. The size is only 20 * 20 * 55mm, very compact.Internally optimized design allows consumables to pass through very smoothly.

Print was good, but the printed locks are useless. It highly depends on quality of your PTFE tubes and these locks are not able to bite in the tube.

Yes, you are right.PTFE tube is too hard and slippery.There is a metal plate inside the pneumatic connector that can clamp the PTFE tube.But this one is plastic, with insufficient hardness, making it difficult to fully clamp, but it can still play a certain role in clamping, at least during operation.It is recommended to use PTFE with an inner diameter of 2.5mm or larger.

Use PETG material would better, and not use force to break it. After installation, it will not be easily broken

Interesting project! However, the seam should not be on the side of the logo. Simply set the seam position to the back under quality.
