Description
This is a wire soldering jig with dimensions of 70*50*30mm
It features fast printing secure clamping and is a portable fidget toy
Features:
- Compact and practical size fast printing requiring only 1 hour of print time and 30g of filament
- Strong clamping force securely and stably holds wires
- The spring provides a satisfying click and the two buttons offer a fidget experience
- The jaws feature an anti-slip design and perfectly align when closed
- Aside from the spring it is Print in Place simply install the spring from below
- The main body is sturdy and durable won't break if dropped compact and portable it can also serve as a fidget tool when held
*This model was designed from modeling to testing specifically for FDM 3D Printer characteristics cleverly utilizing features like nesting and bridging so that once printed it only requires a spring to be installed for use The slot design prevents the spring from falling out during use and the clamp has a strong grip that won't let go The clicking sound comes from the slight displacement of the tail when the spring is pressed and may not make a sound depending on the filament used
*I started contemplating making a soldering jig two months ago and went through more than 10 failures (due to functional issues unsuitable dimensions too many parts inconvenience of use unattractive appearance etc) After multiple fine-tunings and printing numerous test models I finally decided to keep these two designs I hope you like this model
