Description
This is an essential small accessory for filament welding, enabling the use of PTFE tubing to block PTFE tubing.
For filament welding, we typically use PTFE tubing with an inner diameter of 1.8mm. When a significant amount of filament remains, the PTFE tubing is difficult to remove, and cutting it would be wasteful. Therefore, I designed this small accessory. Before filament welding, insert the filament into this accessory, which will block the PTFE tubing used in the welding process.
Assembly Instructions:
1. Cut the 1.8mm inner diameter PTFE tubing as shown in Figure 3
2. Insert the PTFE tubing into the inner component
3. Insert the filament to prevent the PTFE tubing from misaligning
4. Insert the outer component and
5. Tighten
