Description
Parametric Pole Mount for Umbrellas, Poles, Antennas etc.
A generic pole mount for umbrellas, poles, antennas and anything else you want to clamp to a wall, post or railing.
The original version fit a 37 mm pole — and since so many of you asked for different sizes, this parametric version solves that: now everyone can make their own! Just set your pole diameter and print.
Customizable parameters:
- Pole diameter (+ optional clearance for a looser fit)
- Height of the clamp
- Screw holes: size, counterbored or countersunk heads, and single or double rows for taller clamps
- Wing length, wall thickness, fillets and more
The mounting face is angled a few degrees, so tightening the screws flexes the clamp shut and grips the pole firmly — same clamping action as the original.
Printed as oriented, no supports needed. 3 walls / 15% infill works great, use PETG, ABS or ASA outdoors.
