I would really appreciate it if you would consider following me and giving me a boost.

I would really appreciate it if you would boost me it really helps me to keep making these models.

I saw a video online of the milwauk£e nut runner.

Then i saw the price. 60 euros

So i made one myself

I made a nut runner made for up to 6M threaded rods.

It is printed in seperate parts to make it stronger.

With this you can move you nut 3-4 times faster than by hand.

Preperation

First take a bit of sandpaper to sand the rod that's connected to the electric screwdriver.

This rod is printed horizontal because of strenght reasons.

Because of that, the round piece that touches the housing needs to be sanded to make the surface less

rough.

What do you need?

4x 4M screws the lenght dusn't matter i use 10 mm long ones.

4x 4M nuts

No bearings needed!

Assembly

Put the 2 moving parts in place like in the picture.

Then put the other side of the housing on top.

Put the 4 screws in. You can use a bitt of loctite so the nut dusn't come loose.

And then fasten the nuts.

In the begining the rod will move a bit less easy buth it will loosen up after time.

I hope you like the model!

I suggest to print the moving parts out of at least petg you can try pla.

Thanks for all the support and followers it's realy appreciated!
