Description
Wall clock designed for complete customization of its appearance through interchangeable elements. Both the clock base and the various decorative objects incorporate magnet slots, allowing their position to be changed at any time or even new compatible elements to be created.
The model is designed to use magnets with a 6 mm diameter and 2 mm thickness.
The version shown in the photographs has been hand-painted with acrylic markers. The files are provided uncolored so that each user can customize them according to their preferences.
The clock is compatible with mechanisms that incorporate an integrated hanging system. Additionally, the base itself includes an alternative rear slot for hanging it directly on a hook or screw, in case the mechanism used does not have a fastening system.
Before printing, it is important to consider the length of the hands of the mechanism you will be using. In my case, the hands were relatively long for the clock's size, so I raised them slightly to prevent them from rubbing against the decorative elements. If you use particularly long or rigid hands, it is advisable to check beforehand that they have the necessary space to rotate freely.
This is a project designed to be customized and evolve over time, allowing existing elements to be rearranged or new ones compatible with the magnet system to be designed.
