欢迎来到 Frank prints 3D

Im a hobbyist with ambitions. You can find me here and on other Platforms. My main Platform is TikTok. The time for my Website is rare so please do not expect too much updates. On TikTok you should find daily videos about 3d printing and my Journey! Please consider following me and keep asking questions, i will try to help everybody as long as i am able too!

About this model

My wife went shopping and brought home some new card games. Of course, they also need to be stored properly, and the usual cardboard packaging just isn't good enough. Since I had already printed a lot of such packaging for her, it was clear that we absolutely needed suitable packaging for the new card games so that everything would fit together well. So who got to go back to the drawing board right away!? Of course, me (laughs).

I deliberately scaled the card tray a bit larger at the top than it needs to be, so that if necessary, all instructions included with the game can be packed in. Once folded, the instructions fit without any problems.

Printing Tips

In this model, you will only find one print profile from me. The 5 colors used are due to me printing the clasps individually. The flow on the bottom layer was increased to 1.05 to get a nice smooth bottom surface. Of course, you can adjust the color choice as you wish.

I mainly used filaments from Dr.3D Crazy Monkey:

https://Dr3DCrazymonkey.com

Used Filaments:

Dr.3D Crazy Monkey PLA Matte Emerald Green

Lotactree PLA Silk Red

SunLu PLA Silk Purple

SunLu PLA Matte White

If you want to recreate the whole thing exactly, it's best to buy it in Germany from Dr.3D Crazy Monkey, the only source for Lotactree known to me at the moment, and the colors are really worth it!

You can also support me with a membership! They start at the lowest tier possible here on makerworld. For just 3 bucks a month you can force me to continue uploading more and new models ;-) I wouldn´t be able to leave a month without new models when there are people who support me with their hard earned money… LoL therefore im to well educated ;-)

Also you can use my Amazon links in the descriptions, when i tell which Filament i use! Links like this here:

Buy PLA Filaments on Amazon
