2026-4-24 Model Refactor: 1. No longer requires super glue 2. The new fan box prevents air from leaking from the sides of the air inlet

Model Purpose

For cooling 3D Printer/other equipment and exhausting waste gas

Model Features

1. No other accessories are needed apart from the fan and power cable

2. Provides editable STEP files for easy model adjustment

Inlet and Outlet Dimensions

7.8 cm, compatible with 8 cm diameter aluminum foil/PVC exhaust ducts

Required Accessories

One 9cm case fan (9.2 cm long and wide; 2.5 cm high) and a power cable suitable for the fan

Electronic Color Diagrams (Accessories are color-coded for easy assembly)

Note

1. Four pairs of plastic screws actually need to be installed; the diagram only shows one pair

2. For both the version without a base and the version with a base, the fan covers and nuts on both sides are identical 2. The screws for the version without a base are longer

3. The screws can be tightened by hand or with a Phillips head metal screwdriver (be careful not to overtighten to avoid stripping the screw head)

Disclaimer: This is a single-color model. The physical product appears in three colors because I printed it separately using two colors of filament, and one spool ran out halfway through printing, requiring me to switch to another color of filament
