The Problem

My children love to use the Switch, but they don't like putting it away. The same goes for the controllers. I wanted to create a discreet storage solution for these items. The effort for tidying up should be minimal, and the appearance nicely organized.

The Solution

A holder that allows the normal Switch docking station to be attached to the edge of a piece of furniture. For this, the original cover plate, under which HDMI and USB-C are hidden, is removed (clip connection). The docking station is then placed on the holder module. For fastening, I have provided a screw from above through the Switch docking station, which I have not yet installed myself (it also holds without it (clamps)).
Any number of controller holders can be attached to the main holder via a simple hook-in interface.
All parts must be secured to the side panel of the furniture with double-sided adhesive tape. However, the weight force is absorbed by a retaining lug at the upper end of the holder module and not by the double-sided adhesive tape.

Printing will definitely require a bit of crafting effort.
