30mm scope riser

Thanks to author Marecek for the open source, the model is a remix of the following model:

Scope Riser - Free 3D Print Model - MakerWorld

Because the original model had poor adaptability (loose at the top, tight at the bottom, difficult to assemble), and it was difficult to adjust the original model, I refactored and adjusted this model.

1. Added a hollow design to reduce filament usage.

2. Adjusted the dimensions, now perfectly fits my long bow rail and other related sights.
