The origin of nutcrackers dates back to the 17th century in the German region of the Ore Mountains (Saxony). Initially, they were functional objects used to crack nuts.
Over time, these handcrafted objects became traditional gifts, considered good luck charms and guardians capable of warding off evil spirits from homes.
Industrial production began around 1900, making them one of the most iconic Christmas items worldwide.
This nutcracker can be used as a Christmas home decoration and also as a ring holder. The design features the bust of a nutcracker soldier, complete with an elaborate crown, sculpted mustache and beard, and a detailed uniform.
Printed in PLA Basic Bambulab beige.
Colors can be changed in the slicer at the time of printing, and the model can be enlarged or reduced as desired.
Multiple copies can be printed on a single plate using the clone function.
Attention: for a better finish, I adjusted the upper and lower Z distance with supports. It is recommended to use a cutter as shown in the photo to remove support residue (a very simple operation).
