The hide is designed as a half turtle shell and serves as a decorative and functional element in a terrarium.
It is made of a hard, structured material that visually resembles a real turtle shell â with clearly recognizable plates (scutes) and a realistic, slightly grooved surface.
The shape is semi-circular, allowing animals such as reptiles or small amphibians to crawl under it to find shelter and security. The opening is large enough for the animal to comfortably climb in and out, and the flat top can also be used by some species as a climbing or resting surface.
