My wife does cookie decorating as a small business, when she is taking photos of her completed work she often needs to have the cookies at different heights, being new at creating things she asked me to make her a simple riser, she didn't want anything also just the 30mm stand, for 3, 6, 9 inches. If this helps anyone else that's great.
