I used PETG and printed bottom down. The overhang came out really rough but it still works fine

I super glued the parts together, not sure if it was intended to do that or not. One of the handles didn't adhere to the bed well but when you put the wheel on, it still holds fine.

These clip snuggly to the 3/4" black iron pipe.

These also fit the cheaper black pittsburgh clamps. They're a little loose, but they line up great when tight

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra with a UAG case barely fits in but it works. I used PLA. There is a noticeable volume increase, but it sounds very tinny in the PLA. I played with the equalizer some and got some of the highs out, but there is not much depth coming through. I'll try one in PETG and see if that helps with the tone. For audio reference, I use this while the shower is running. Without, I can't hear the music at all. With this in the same location, I can hear well.

I printed everything as is with no changes. All are in PLA except the plate with the clips and the filament guide, which is ABS. The supports on this model were harder to get off cleanly than anything else I've ever printed. The ABS plate had poor seam quality and droopy overhangs. It seems like it needed supports added to some of the clips. They all work, but they look bad. The only other real issue is the worm gear came out REALLY rough in PLA. Again, the supports just didn't do well.

Perfect fit

I printed 3 of the keychain models using 3 colors. They all came out perfect. I don't think I'd do more in multicolor, it uses way too much purge and takes forever. That's not the designer's fault, it's just how the system works. Instead, I'll just paint the horns and eyes with acrylic if I need to do any others. Bambu PLA in green, blue, and purple look fantastic on this model.
