That's a grip/hitch/catch for front door of kitchen/bathroom cabinet. Using with the BLUM opening system (spring+magnet) For me it's a life changer, as i always hated to PUSH the door in order to OPEN it! It has advantage that there is no grips visible. My model is nearly invisible too, but sill it's very easy to hook the fingers to PULL the door.
