The Sobha One World township is 300 acres big and would be the tallest township project in East Bangalore. The first phase takes up 48 acres in Hoskote, which is close to the NH-75 and STRR junction. There are 18 high-rise towers in the project, each with 54 stories and three levels of parking in the basement. It has more than 5,400 high-end apartments with seclusion and views of the city and surrounding greenery that are 270 degrees wide. A big clubhouse is in the middle, and it's where people spend much of their time socializing.
