Help! I'm trying to make a 3D print of my favorite ghost from the game Destiny 2. It's been with me since 2019, and now I want to immortalize it since I won't be playing anymore (I had already stopped). I tried generating its 3D format in AI and then importing it as a .stl file for a friend to print on his machine, but according to him, the file is not printable due to some behavior in the design model it was created in, possibly because it's from one of those websites that offer pre-printed versions. (I'm attaching a color photo of the actual project, showing the problem with all the triangles, and the 3D model I generated), Let me make it clear that I appreciate 3D printing but I don't understand anything about it..
