It took me three attempts to get the top piece to print correctly, but I finally got it dialed in. What made the difference was switching the supports to Tree Hybrid with a 45° angle and setting the initial support expansion layer to 10. I also adjusted the brim width to 20mm under the brim settings, which really helped keep everything firmly on the build plate. I did end up wasting a lot of filament with the failed prints, they failed about 5 hours in each time but it was so worth it!
