Kids Pilates Ring – Ø250mm (TPU Optimized)

This is a Ø250mm Pilates ring designed especially for kids, offering safe, soft resistance and plenty of flexibility.

The model is optimized for Bambu TPU for AMS (68D).
With this material, the ring provides the intended elasticity and durability, making it perfect for light exercise and playful movement.

The included slicing settings are tuned to reduce stringing, so you can expect good print results even with TPU that has been sitting in storage — drying the filament is often unnecessary.

🟢 Story Behind the Model

During her pregnancy, my wife enjoyed playing Ring Fit Adventure on the Nintendo Switch.
After our children were born, she stopped playing for a long time — but recently, she started again.

This time, something unexpected happened.

Our kids began standing next to her, imitating her movements with handmade ring controllers.
It was adorable to watch… but those DIY rings were fragile and broke very quickly.

Then I remembered that I had some TPU 68D filament that had been partially used and left sitting in storage for a long time.
That inspired me to design a flexible, durable Pilates ring just for kids.

At first, I planned to make it look more like the original Ring-Con.
However, during elasticity testing, a simple ring design turned out to be surprisingly popular with the kids.

They spin it, throw it like a ring toss, and play with it in many creative ways.
In the end, the simple design was the right choice:

• More fun for kids
• Stronger and safer
• And much easier to print 🙂
